• No competitor tracking
• Community support

No Refund Policy

MinimalRank generally does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. Since we provide a generous free plan with core functionality, users can thoroughly test our platform before making any payment.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Service Deficiency: If MinimalRank fails to deliver the services as described in your subscription plan
2. Technical Impossibility: If our service is unavailable for more than 50% of your billing period due to technical issues on our end
3. Billing Errors: In cases of duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

Refund Request Process

If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the exceptions above:

1. Contact support@minimalrank.com within 7 days of the billing date
2. Provide detailed evidence of the issue
3. Include your account email and transaction details

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
• You maintain full access until the current period ends
• No partial refunds for unused days

Annual Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year
• You maintain full access for the entire paid year
• No partial refunds for unused months
