2. Service Description

MinimalRank is an SEO tracking and analysis service that provides:

• Keyword ranking tracking
• SEO audits and analysis
• Competitor tracking
• AI-powered insights and recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use MinimalRank, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years old
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond API limits

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing

• Free plan: €0/month
• Starter plan: €9/month or €90/year
• Pro plan: €19/month or €190/year

All prices are subject to applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Since we offer a free plan to try our service, we do not provide refunds for paid subscriptions. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Data Accuracy

MinimalRank provides SEO data based on estimations and third-party sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is 100% accurate or complete. Rankings and traffic estimates are approximations based on industry-standard methodologies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MinimalRank are owned by David Giménez Escudé and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

MinimalRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless David Giménez Escudé from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of MinimalRank or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
